Peptide Reconstitution Chart

Static reference for common vial sizes, BAC water volumes, resulting concentrations, and syringe draw values. Save, bookmark, or print for bench use.

Formula - Concentration (mcg/mL) = Vial size (mcg) ÷ BAC water (mL). Draw (IU) = Dose (mcg) ÷ Concentration × 100.

The Formula
How to Calculate Any Draw Volume
Concentration = Vial (mcg) ÷ BAC water (mL)
Draw (mL) = Dose (mcg) ÷ Concentration
Draw (IU) = Draw (mL) × 100
Example: 5 mg vial + 1 mL BAC water = 5000 mcg/mL. For a 250 mcg dose: 250 ÷ 5000 = 0.05 mL = 5 IU on a U-100 syringe.
